Our sustainability work is aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and integrated into daily operations across all group companies. We take responsibility across the entire value chain — from product development and sourcing to the end of the product's life cycle.

Every product is designed to prevent fatal accidents at height. We test above regulatory minimums and engineer for longevity — CRESTO harnesses carry a 10+2 year conformance period. NordGuard™ webbing is built for maximum durability to reduce replacement frequency.
RESQ's VACUUM and VACUUM+ sealed packaging programmes protect stored rescue equipment from moisture, dust, UV exposure and mechanical stress — keeping gear intact and inspection-ready for 10 to 30 years. Fewer replacements means less waste and lower environmental impact.

Our production facility in Slovakia follows strict environmental and labour standards. We have full traceability from raw material to finished product. We work to reduce emissions from production, logistics and operations, and source responsibly through audited suppliers.
We develop sustainable, certified products and increase resource efficiency through material optimisation and circular flow initiatives.
People & community
190+ employees across five countries. We train internally, promote from within and foster an inclusive work environment with equal opportunities. Each company in the group runs its own operations — decisions are made close to the customer.
Through Outreach Rescue we deliver rescue and medical training to emergency services and industrial teams. We support local safety initiatives where we operate.
