CRESTO GROUP IMPLEMENTS CHANGES IN THE SWEDISH ORGANIZATION

The increased competition on the international fall protection and rescue market has led to a restructuring of our production, warehouse and organisation to create the best possible conditions to secure future revenue and profits. Furthermore, we want to ensure that our product brands, RESQ and Cresto's growth and that they remain competitive on the market.

Our production is moved primarily to an existing partner in Europe and our warehouse to our business groups, Bergman & Beving's logistics centre in Ulricehamn. Sweden. The move will happen parallelly during winter and finish in April 2021. Of course, this will be done without affecting deliveries or support to our customers.

When these changes are implemented, Cresto Group AB will also move offices, training centres and services to new premises in Helsingborg. This move will take place during the summer of 2021.

Our move to Helsingborg means that we will be positioned closer to one of the Nordic region's largest city, Copenhagen, and will be closer to Europe via a shorter distance to international airports and stations. We see this as positive for our international customers and partners.

We are aware that these changes are well into the future, but we want to ensure that everyone receives the right information in good time. We will keep our customers updated and in good time communicate if, when and how it affects delivery flows, as well as when the training centre in Halmstad moves to Helsingborg.

Our long-term strategy is unchanged. We will strengthen our market-leading position in the Nordic region and become Europe's leading specialist in fall protection and rescue solutions.
