Annual Inspection

According to the European standard EN365:2004, personal fall protection and rescue equipment must be submitted for periodic examination at least once every twelve months. If the equipment is subjected to excessive wear or is used in tough environments, it should be inspected more often.

Inspections must be performed by a "competent person" who is tr­ained and certified by a manufacturer or accredited partner. Each user is also responsible for checking their equipment prior to use – the so-called daily inspection – each time they use it

We (and our partners) carry out periodic examinations at acc­redited servicing centres and on-site at customers locations. Many of our customers have a servicing contract with us, which covers regular inspection and maintenance of the products. Customers with a lot of equipment can take a course run by us to become a certified "competent person".

To submit your products for inspection by us in Halmstad, fill out and submit the form Application annual inspection. You will receive a confirmation to your e-mail. Print the confirmation and send to us, together with your products.

We take your complaints seriously they give us important information about how we can better serve our clients. We would prefer that all complaints and Returns are communicated to our customer support before returned to us. To make the process more effective, we would like you to follow the these steps:

1. Fill out and submit the Claim form
2. Send the application together with your products to: Cresto Group AB, Lägatan 3, 302 63 Halmstad, SWEDEN
3. Our Customer support will contact you when we have received your products and the case have been registered.
