Cresto Group has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in the British group Abtech Safety, consisting of Abtech Safety Ltd, Outreach Organization Ltd and Outreach Rescue Medic Skills Ltd. The company has 30 employees and is a market leader in the United Kingdom. This acquisition further consolidates Cresto Group’s position as an international specialist and leader in this industry.
Abtech Safety are leading suppliers of personal fall protection and rescue equipment in the United Kingdom, also providing advanced trainings and courses for the industrial sector and rescue specialists through the company Outreach Rescue. Abtech Safety was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Flintshire, UK. They market a range of high quality personal fall protection and rescue products under their own brand Abtech®.
