We are looking for an exceptionally curious, ambitious and technology-driven person to join Cresto Group and work closely with Group management. The role is based in Helsingborg, Sweden. You will report to the Group CFO and work closely with the Group CEO. This is not a traditional trainee programme, or a role spent watching other people make decisions. You will work on real business challenges across international companies and help shape business, technology and operations. We believe AI and digital technologies will fundamentally change how companies are managed and create value. We don't just want to talk about that future. We want to build it. ### RESPONSIBILITIES AI & digital transformation — drive the practical use of AI, automation and digital tools, and build prototypes. Business development — identify opportunities to improve performance and create synergies across the group. Strategic projects — support and lead cross-company commercial and operational projects. Data & analytics — turn information into better business decisions, dashboards and management tools. Technology & business architecture — help develop next-generation platforms that connect processes, data and people. International collaboration — work with leaders and teams to turn strategy into action. No two weeks look the same: one day you may work on strategy with the CEO, the next you may build an application or investigate profitability or operations. ### REQUIREMENTS We value potential over CV. You may be a recent graduate in engineering, business, economics or computer science — or you may have several years of experience. You are: • Exceptionally curious and a fast learner • Business-minded and AI-minded • A pragmatic builder who likes to make things work • Analytical and commercial • Self-driven, independent and comfortable taking initiative • Willing to challenge old ways of working • Able to communicate with everyone from the factory floor to executives You don't need to know everything.
